给教授发邮件申诉成绩
成绩申诉最重要的一条：提问，不要指控。写「我想弄明白这个分数是怎么算的」，会得到一个真实的答复；写「你判错了」，会得到沉默或者防御。区别全在措辞。
基础模板
Subject: Question about my grade on [Assignment/exam]
Dear Professor [Last name],
I'm writing about my grade on [Assignment/exam]. I received a [grade], and I was hoping you could help me understand how it was calculated — specifically [the part you're unsure about].
I reviewed the rubric and [specific, factual observation — e.g. I think one section of my answer may not have been fully counted]. I'd be grateful if you could take another look when you have a moment.

这封邮件在做什么：
· 「help me understand how it was calculated」是整封邮件的关键。它把请求包装成「请教」，而不是「质疑判断」。
· 必须指出具体的一处（哪道题、哪一项评分标准）。说不出具体位置，就等于在说「我觉得我该更高」，这种申诉基本不会被认真对待。
· 全程不要出现 demand、should have、unfair 这类词。
简短版
Dear Professor [Last name],
I received a [grade] on [Assignment/exam] and was hoping you could help me understand where I lost points. I've gone back over the rubric and there's one part I'd like to check — [specific item].
Would you be able to take a quick look? Thank you.

批注：「where I lost points」比「why I got this grade」更中性——它默认评分本身没问题，只是你没看懂。这个预设让教授更容易接话。
三个有帮助的点
- 具体。指出确切的题目、答案或评分项，不要说笼统的感受。
- 不要要求改分。请求重看，让教授自己得出结论。
- 先查政策。大多数学校有正式的成绩申诉流程，发邮件前先搞清楚。
一句实话：大多数学术申诉不会改变分数。但一个具体、礼貌的提问，几乎总能换来更清楚的解释，偶尔教授也会真的发现自己算错了。
